Cancellation Policy

At Disla Flowers & Events we value all our customers and will endeavor to process timely submitted cancellations and issue refund as promptly as possible (subject to a 10% cancellation fee).

However cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery of your order and prior to the start of crafting of arrangement by our experts Floral Designers. If the cancellation is received after the order is processed and arrangement begun, no refund can be issued.
